Grundfos Partners putting on a new face

The company is currently working with Partner dealers on a total of 12 major refurbishments, due to be completed by the end of 2017.

Market leading pump manufacturer, Grundfos, is working closely with selected Partner dealers throughout the wider Middle East to increase customer traffic through showroom facelifts and improved product displays.

The company is currently working with Partner dealers on a total of 12 major refurbishments, due to be completed by the end of 2017. The first project, Areej Trading’s showroom at Salamabad in Bahrain, has recently been completed and is ready to welcome customers. A major facelift, internally and externally means the showroom not only looks professional and welcoming, but is set to attract more passing traffic. Improved displays and more emphasis on product information means that trade customers and end users can more quickly and easily find the product they want from Grundfos’ extensive range of pumps and controls.

A further 4 showrooms across Saudi Arabia are now undergoing refurbishment with final touches underway ready for opening ahead of the upcoming Eid holiday. The remaining 7 showroom refurbishments are currently being agreed with planning and refurbishment work scheduled later this year.

The programme of refurbishments is part of a wider campaign by Grundfos to improve customer service throughout the region. It follows an expansion of the popular Energy Check service, which enables customers to receive a free check on their pump systems and advice on improving efficiency; expanded on-line training tools and materials and targeted training sessions for distributor staff – with more than 29 sessions already completed this year across 11 countries.

Grundfos General Manager, Kostas Poulopoulos said, “It is important that Grundfos customers, wherever they are, can rely on the same level of service and support, whether they are dealing direct or via one of our authorised dealer partners. The current round of showroom upgrades will help to underline the professional, highly trained support that is currently available through our partner network.”
